Pros
Going to work everyday was fun. Working alongside the senior management every decision contributed had an impact. Senior managment knew the product very well and had a clear vision of where we needed to be. Being in digital helped me generate traction for projects across many different areas.
Cons
Senior management averaged 50+ in age, and at times were reluctant to try new things, specially in digital. Many things needed to be repeated many times over before they were clearly understood. GM changed while i was there and the change had a negative impact on morale and generated a lot of churn.
