Pros
I love working here. The leadership and People & Culture (HR) really care about the employees. They go out of their way to make sure we're comfortable in our home offices, and create opportunities to get to know colleagues outside of meetings and projects. The benefits are great and the work feels very meaningful. I feel included in conversations and respected for my opinions and expertise.
Cons
I haven't experienced any negatives yet. I get the impression that some people have a lot of work on their plates and can get stressed about work.
