      Close to food and interstate.

      Cons

      Leadership. Don’t inform customers the truth to boost sales and offer bonus for reps to sell a product not allowed at all power companies.

      Pros

      For the first time in my career I can say I work somewhere where everyone gets along. That was not always the case at GPP. I have been here for many years and the new management here is great! The cultural previously was one of pound on a desk, or do as I say to get things done, the new culture is more collaborative. All of the bad seeds have left or were let go. The bad comments are from those former employees who were unwilling to change or work with others.

      Cons

      As previously mentioned in comments this is a storm-driven business. When there are storm it is great when there are no storms it can be harder.
