      Pay is fair but a tough place to work at times.

      Pros

      Pay is good for the area. Benefits are above average. Cafe is excellent and fairly inexpensive for GF employees. Safety culture is good. Large amount of cultural diversity. There are opportunities to move around the company.

      Cons

      Priorities shift constantly. People shift around the organization constantly. Generally the semi conductor industry has a layoff or other employment action every 2-3 years. Work loads can be extreme at times.
