Workplace freedom. Free health insurance. The overall experience was okay, i have worked in far better and far worse places.

Cons

Poor management, high turnover rate. Many unreal expectations are thrown in an already out of control fire.

Compensation is terrifically low as company is small and do not have much revenue as per management.
