Some great employees and managers, a busy environment, and a lot of learning opportunities.
Cons
The entire company culture is "do what the MD says", which is very often a misinformed and badly researched decision. The MD's decisions led to mass redundancies twice in the space of 10 months. You're constantly asked to change priorities and abandon projects/tasks completely because the MD has changed his mind about something.
