Pros

Opportunity to work with globally recognized restaurant brands and create content for a high-profile portfolio. Passionate restaurant teams and talented colleagues who genuinely care about the guest experience. Fast-paced environment that offers exposure to multiple brands and marketing initiatives.

Cons

Extremely high leadership and executive turnover created a constant lack of direction and instability. Priorities, expectations, and feedback changed frequently, making it difficult to execute work efficiently. Workloads were consistently unrealistic, with long hours, weekends, travel, and responsibility spread across multiple brands without adequate support. Communication between leadership, HR, and teams was often inconsistent, resulting in confusion and a lack of accountability. Employee well-being and retention did not appear to be organizational priorities.

Pros

A lot of kind staff members :)

Cons

Two managers are really sweet, but the other two are intolerable. They gave us such attitudes. They also approved my availability then completely disregarded it and scheduled me for the few days I explicitly said I cannot work. Obnoxious and the food is insanely overpriced and mediocre

Pros

staff discount is the only real positive

Cons

Staff turnover was unlike anything I have experienced before, with frequent dismissals, redundancies and resignations. The environment felt unstable, and roles or responsibilities could change significantly from one week to the next. There was very little regard for staff wellbeing and a lack of communication. Senior decisions were made quickly and with limited transparency. The working conditions were poor, and the culture did not feel supportive or secure. It was a difficult place to do your best work, especially when there was so little consistency, care or accountability.
