      Some of the favored representatives are given opportunities to go on trips with customers and are even allowed to use their personal cell phones for sales calls, which means those calls are not recorded.       Cons

      My experience with this sales manager has been disappointing. One of the biggest issues is the obvious favoritism shown toward certain employees. Rather than creating a fair and supportive team environment, opportunities, recognition, and attention often seem to be reserved for a select few. This has caused morale to drop and has made it difficult for others to feel valued for their contributions.
