      Healthy snacks and drinks provided Gym on site

      Cons

      CSR position was terrible; dealing with entitled, rude customers day in, day out. Processes and job responsibilities are repetitive and unnecessarily complicated. No challenge or real thought process to get the job done...answer the phone, talk down rude customers, follow process, and repeat. Management is not approachable. Promised multiple growth opportunities but never any follow-through or growth plan outlined to get there. Just continuously told "coming soon"... If you're decent at the position, they will pigeon-hold you in that role because employee turn rate is so high.

      Awesome coworkers, snacks, and extremely casual office attire.

      Cons

      Terrible management, terrible environment, processes constantly changed, priorities were unorganized and impossible to follow. Workload was unbearable and completely overwhelming, haven been tasked with 120+ accounts without any management systems is place. Merchandising leadership is unapproachable, anyone who does speak up or go against the grain was put on a performance improvement plan. My most disheartening experience with this company was that they did not pay bonuses on time and I had to repeatedly ask for my checks on multiple payouts throughout my time here, no employee should ever have to ask for their paycheck.

      Pros

      The website gives great discounts to Military, cops, and any other state or government employee.

      Cons

      One of the worst places to work. Everyone is miserable. Management over loads their staff. Only care is the over all dollar they can squeeze out. Sinking ship. RUN!
