      Pros

      Small, dynamic company with real focus on growth and achievement. Great people to work with, not too pressured but want good results. Rewarding and interesting customers with interesting applications and knowledge.

      Cons

      The location of the offices and the factory can be tricky for road transport (a bit off the beaten track). Not in the centre of Cambridge but on the outskirts.
