Incredible patient-focused company focused on innovative treatments and potentially cures. Great leadership and incredibly talented individuals who are the top in their field. Flat organization which can be good and bad but good in our case and ability to easily communicate across the entire organization efficiently and effectively, albeit growing at a fast pace.
Cons
Growing pains. Used to be able to know everyone's names but new faces joining almost every week which is a blessing to add more resources and help our workloads. Hope we can keep the incredible company culture throughout the growth. Fast-paced so everyone has to pitch in and carry their weight.
