1. No job security . Especially if you don’t follow what your boss says exactly you are out of the picture. The irony is that they hire you to provide an alternative feedback and approach and then refuse to acknowledge . Management dis regards clients and external vendors feedback and focus only on the people with whom you barely work with
2. Some people (including management ) will create toxic environment . Common for some people to scream for no reasons
3. No training and guidance. Management themselves seems to be lost and hardly speak to each other. Every big boss seems to have a close associate who will work for them . Rest of the people have no importance
4. Some folks think it’s okay to behave rudely and the amount of gossips I have seen is mind blowing
