- great colleagues (at least in my team) - homeoffice (mostly) - it really depends on your position—some are great, some less
Cons
- often no opportunity for career advancement - almost no benefits - the problem of getting all the resources needed to work

Pros
The relation with bosses is very close. They give flexibility to balance with personal life. Effort, passion and strong knowledge is very appreciated.
Cons
Given that teams are small you receive sometimes more pressure than normal and close contact with clients. Salary could be more competitive.
