Pros

This is a place that challenges you to grow and learn on your own accord. Support is available, but they teach you what you need to know to be ready for any task.

Cons

Communication at times is lacking and it might be hard to get things rolling when everyone us super busy.

Overall Good Company

Pros

Possibly to learn extensively radar cutting edge technology on slope monitoring. Leading company in the industry.

Cons

Lots of processes that simply add layers and layers of complexity to a fairly simple sales process. Lots of micromanagement

Pros

Needing a paycheck is the only reason for working for this company.

Cons

Bad management, terrible product (no system engineering designed into product), local offices prevented by leadership from opening and servicing radar components. Much engineering outsourced, probably to China, bare-bones engineering team in Australia.
