Pros
Fun to work with a very dynamic and close knit team. Everyone is focussed on achieving personal excellence and doing a great job for our customers. Operations work very much like a professional team with the philosophy that "we win together". The CEO is very active in company operations, creating a high level of accountability, with the expectation for everyone to personally contribute their unique skills and abilities to serve our customers at the highest level.
Cons
There is no option for 100% remote work. Everyone needs to be in the office at least once a week. While this contributes to the culture of communication and teamwork it does mean you have to live within a reasonable distance from the office.
