Pros
Intimate, small and entrepreneurial company with decent salary politics. It is easy to be heard. But it is still not a big company. The overall knowledge of the employees is good and people are basically nice.
Cons
If you want to grow within a field you have to take care of that yourself. Make sure you end up on the correct accounts. It is a subsidiary of a subsidiary of a subsidiary, which means that even if you end up with a good result in your unit that money is just transferred upstairs.
