If you feel comfortable in a startup environment where you can get involved to the bone this is a great place to work. If, in addition, you like sports, gymforless suits you perfectly.
In my case, as a software developer I want to point out how good the working routines are at GFL. Your day isn't going to be filled up with irrelevant meetings and we used to have just one weekly meeting where each one of us explained the work done, future objectives, and suggestions. Product is developed in a clean way and you get the time to perfection it, without rushing through unmeetable deadlines.
As a junior developer I was also grateful to get support from my senior developers, who where always eager to give me a hand and took the time to review my work and helped me improve it.
Cons
You won't be buried in money since it is a startup. However, you'll have the power to impact it's growth and therefore your conditions.
