      Pros

      Very few they pay for lunch once a week, the people are really cool that you work around. Nothing else.

      Cons

      Leadership is ridiculous. Nothing is organized, on a daily basis you're told to turn some absolutely crucial nonsensical thing around within 30 minutes. CEO is delusional regarding what is humanly possible.

      People are amazing despite decision making by executives.

      Cons

      Dishonest about the mission/vision and type of projects. Do not recommend unless there is turnover at the top.

      Pros

      The employees are all really smart and kind.

      Cons

      The work space is dismal and way too small for the number of employees. The chair is a genius but he is many times irrational and has unrealistic expectations with turnaround time. Benefits package is really poor. I should have trusted my instincts with the red flags I saw during the interview process.
