Work at your own pace. As long as the work is done and done correctly no one really bothers you.

Cons

No real training. Poor management. Not enough employees to get work done when they want it done by. Pay is so low you can't really live off of it so people seek new employment

The home office is in California not far from Lagoona beach. So that was pretty cool.

They run everyone off no one sticks around for long don't waste your time.
