      Pros

      Visionary Caribbean Company, achieving what no other company in its class has done. Has customers in 22 plus countries across the Caribbean, Latin America and entering the African Market. Profitable and growing 40% per year.

      Cons

      Do not apply to work at HRplus if you feel entitled and are not serious about work. You will not last.

      Pros

      Great manager. Application Development team are really nice people. Some work from home privileges.

      Cons

      No bonuses. Vacation leave starts at only 10 days, which is low. The process could be better but improving.
