Pros
Good exposure to all kinds of customers allowing to experience a wide range of technologies and types of organizations. Work is diverse.
Cons
No management commitment to employees well-being and weak to nonexistent technical leadership. Almost no planning nor engineering roadmap. Overall lack of transparency from management on company activity / investors / business goals. No career progression possible for technical roles since there is a single type of position where you do everything. Compensation is pretty low and also incoherent between employees for the same job responsibilities / experience / education. 100% centralized decision making "top-down style".
