Business Outlook
Pros
Very good benefits including 401k match of 5 percent maxing at 3k per year and fully vested day 1. Job wasn't physically taxing at all. Supervisor was helpful and consistent with personnel. Didn't work many weekends or get much overtime.
Cons
Outdated tracking systems for inventory and production. Lack of training, only yearly online assigned mandatory training. Assembly instructions outdated or incomplete causing you to try and get tribal knowledge to complete jobs. Not much opportunity for upward mobility.
