      Great Company Culture Need More Team Members

      Pros

      Great company culture to improve the quality of life for those in need. The employees across all divisions and locations continually go above and beyond to assist clients. Teams work cohesively for the best outcome for clients with complex needs. Fantastic system improvements since the onboarding of the new CIO. New innovations are incredible.

      Cons

      The salaries are low and minimal increases. Teams across the organisation are losing team members and they are not replaced. The work load for many is Huge! Many incredibly talented employees leaving. The restructuring and Huge focus on the bottom line is leaving many feeling insecure in their roles.

      Tax free portion as it's a NFP

      Cons

      Does not practice Christian values at all. Treats it's staff like rubish. CEO places himself above all other employees. Totally inept management.

      Pros

      - Allows you to be an independent worker for a majority of the time, as you're out 'in the field'. - Large majority of the clients and their families do not have issues with you personally/the company; friendly and welcoming. - Rewarding role. - Supportive managers for the carers.

      Cons

      - Not a set location; constant travelling every working day. - Moreso mentally and emotionally straining than physically. - Start and end times vary every day (to be expected with the nature of this job). - At least half of my clients are not my regulars; changing clients frequently (again, unfortunate but to be expected).
