It's the gold standard for work life balance. The hybrid work structure is great. Time off benefits and perks in general are excellent. You get your time off all at once after 90 days and it comes out to over a month of paid time off when everything is added up in your first year. Everyone goes out to eat together once a week and they also have lunch delivered to the office once a week. New hires get a new model MacBook and all the bells and whistles to go with it on day one. You get reimbursed for professional development stuff you do on your own. Membership at Atlanta Tech Village is an underrated perk that gets you access to the gym, kitchens, rooftop, yoga and HIIT classes, and all kinds of events. Free unlimited snacks all day every day at ATV. Performance reviews and cost of living raises. Basically all the cool perks of working for a tech company with the support and camaraderie of a smaller company.

The people at Hannon Hill are second-to-none. I've never worked in an environment that fostered personal and professional growth like Hannon Hill does. I'm sure it has much to do with the entrepreneurial setting the company finds itself in as part of the Atlanta Tech Village. Each team member is eager to help their colleague reach new heights in their career and produce the best product for the company's clients and stakeholders.
