      The company operates a stable business based on the No. 1 market share in the domestic market. In Korea, the possibility of new competitors appearing is low, so there does not appear to be much difficulty in sustaining the company going forward. Excellent work and life balance

      Cons

      Management is timid and stupid. There is no business expansion or long-term strategy for the company to grow. Because the company is not growing, they neglect to manage their employees. No change in employee growth or wages.
