There isn't anything to like about working here! You'd be better off staying away!

Cons

Contrary to the name of the company, HappyFunCorp is NOT a happy and fun place to be in. Employees are treated poorly and are constantly being disrespected by management. I was overworked during my time here; I had to keep up with brutal demands and tight deadlines all the time. What's even worse is the fact that the pay here sucks! My salary didn't reflect my workload at all, so not only was I exhausted and stressed out all the time, but I also had nothing to show for my efforts!

I have four words for you: DO NOT WORK HERE!

Cons

Pay is a lot lower compared to other companies, but the expectations are unreasonably high! Employees are exhausted and burnt out all the time due to being forced to work long hours and take on humongous workloads, and managers don't make things any easier for them due to their constant bullying and hostile personalities!

- A culture that feels shady and unethical from day one - Senior figures who act unprofessionally and show a lack of maturity - Power used as a bargaining tool to reward favorites and single out others - Favoritism that replaces fairness and destroys trust - Decision makers who should not be in positions of authority This organization feels deeply compromised at its core. When those at the top operate without ethics or accountability, the entire workplace suffers. Anyone considering this company should think carefully before getting involved.
