      Good management, flexible work environment, tools for the craft

      Cons

      Tight schedules, expected to work nights, weekends when necessary (too often), co-workers in office while sick. Work before family, etc.

      Great environment. Very professional. Great pay and benefits, however there could be a little more PTO. Great supervisors. Overall a very good and happy environment.

      PTO needs to increase, especially for newcomers.
