I worked at this company and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue is the clear lack of care for employees at a fundamental level.
Despite expectations for strong performance and sales, compensation remains at or near minimum wage with little to no opportunity for meaningful growth. Promotions are rarely given, and when they are discussed, “budget cuts” are often used as a blanket excuse—even when business appears steady.
More concerning, there were instances where advancement opportunities seemed to be influenced by age rather than performance or capability. This creates an environment that feels unfair and discouraging, especially for employees who are putting in the effort and hoping to grow within the company.
What stood out the most was the lack of action from corporate and higher management regarding employee satisfaction. Concerns are either dismissed or ignored, and there is little evidence that feedback leads to any real change. Over time, this creates a culture where employees feel undervalued and replaceable rather than supported.
Overall, this is not a company that prioritizes its people. If you are looking for a workplace that offers growth, fair compensation, and a supportive environment, this may not be the right fit.
