      Pros

      Leadership is strong, present, and wants the ecosystem and employees to succeed. Great technology. Problem-solving focused culture. No bs.

      Cons

      It's not a con but a note that the company is still a startup, so employees are involved in many things above their JDs - initiative is rewarded. The company respects work-life balance, but it's not a cookie-cutter machine. Expect to be entrepreneurial.

The leadership genuinely prioritizes employee growth and well-being, fostering a collaborative environment that inspires creativity. There are abundant opportunities for professional development, and the company's technology and vision are cuttingedge and exciting.

      Cons

      Rapid growth occasionally leads to challenges around clarity in roles and responsibilities. Remote teams sometimes experience minor communication hurdles. Work-life balance can be a challenge during critical project phases, and processes are still evolving, requiring adaptability and patience.

      Pros

      The people are the biggest pro of working at HashGraph. Leadership goes out of their way to build a productive supportive tech driven culture.

      Cons

      Full remote work is not for everyone, Only consider joining if you can be productive in a fully remote setting.

We have the benefit of being remote-first from the start and we have a vibrant and engaged team. We also have lots of autonomy and trust our people to deliver. But despite all of this, we are always looking for ways to support our culture and productivity. Keep the suggestions and feedback coming!
