Pros

Company culture: can work from home when desired, can work remotely, no time sheets, not a lot of rules to follow, no Monday-Thursd travel required, spectacular retreats in locations such as US Virgin Islands, Austin, Portland, Porto Rico Management is open to suggestions from employees and very accessible: with only 40 employees, it's easy to propose and implement new ideas Great travel locations: went to Europe and South America multiple times for global projects, as well as major US cities Very smart and friendly group of employees. I enjoy spending time with them.

Cons

Type of projects are restricted to marketing consulting; would be nice to have a larger variety of projects to choose from Lack of structure might not work well for everybody but I don't mind it and in fact prefer it to places with lots of bureaucracy
