NONE. This place markets itself as a small business that's family oriented, which is absolutely untrue. In fact, even with a documented medical emergency, they will still fire you BEHIND YOUR BACK, without warning, before you even have a chance to present your medical paperwork upon return.
Cons
THEY ONLY PRETEND TO CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES. They did not accept note from doctor for absence because the note did not explicitly state that the patient "needed to be taken care of". The note DID state to excuse patient from work due to medical needs, but was obviously not worded to this company's liking. The best part? Getting fired behind your back before you even have a chance to present the note. They don't care about their employees' health or well-being or family.
Friendly people (most of them), cool team building activites, owner has a great deal of empathy for his employees. Had no problem matching salary. Learned a lot of the marketing and e-commerce industry. Team treats you like family and sometimes brings breakfast
Cons
Workplace aesthetics could use improvement (paint, flooring, etc). Developers don't get their own office or cubes. Lots of micro-management, even need to clock in and out when exempt. Sometimes I would question the companies morals...
Spaghetti code and no sense of architecture to make lives easier.
