      Pros

      HI gives employees a lot of responsibility and really pushes employees to grow and learn on the job to meet the challenges of project-based work.

      Cons

      Compensation was below average. There were also an inordinate number of vice-presidents relative to the total number of employees in the company.

      Pros

      The company is in a neat part of the industry and would have great potential if it weren't horribly managed it is by senior leadership.

      Cons

      This has to be the worst company I have ever experienced. It is quite stunning how leadership turns a blind eye to how it is being managed into the ground. The company claims to be able to manage ASC's but can not even manage itself. The level of turnover is astronomical coming from the tremendous dysfunction of the organization. There is a true fight between old guard and new guard and no one wins. What a sad excuse for a company. If you are considering this company - look elsewhere. No one deserves to be a part of this kind of dysfunction.
