      HCR is a company where one can go to gain experience and help grow in their career, while also gaining knowledge in other career aspects. This company is also flexible to work with its employees.

      While able to grow in one's career, the company is so small that employees can remain stationary until they are left with little choice, but to seek better opportunities.

      Pros

      HCR is an amazing company to work for. Everyone here has such a passion for what they do and it translates into the work they perform! HCR truly cares about their clients and actually does the work so clients can focus on what's important to them. Working with military veterans is also a huge bonus as you get to learn from some amazing leaders in the industry! Work vibe is amazing and our culture is very family-oriented.

      Cons

      Nothing, HCR is growing rapidly and there will definitely be some growing pains but this company is doing great things and I'm so happy to be part of that!
