        Pros

        During the period I was there, it was possible to work a lot of hours, which was good for the wallet.

        Cons

        Those in charge greatly benefited the people who were part of their circle, harming many competent workers, which in my opinion shows a lot of professional immaturity. They promote people who are completely unprepared for the position, never undergo training for anything and report new procedures every day, meaning there is no standard to be followed. each shift works differently. supervisors even try to implement some rules but each employee ends up doing it differently, demonstrating that they really don't care about their work and are only there to keep hours.

          Cons

          Severe lack of talent and organization. Department to department goals are not aligned, often causing other teams projects to impede on another’s. Less than competent departmental leadership who are usually only in their positions due to tenure rather than talent or ability. Company preaches the “egoless environment” but I’ve never seen bigger egos in my life. The same leaders love to push back on innovative tools or projects they don’t understand simply out of fear of change or because they like to hear themselves say no. Favouritism and cliques as bad as in a 7th grade schoolyard. Good luck during performance reviews, as they are done on a literal bell curve. Employees are told to “strive for a 3”, but only those given 4.5 or above will receive title bumps and/or raises that even meet inflation. Not to mention that being in the cliques and Cool Kids Club makes one more eligible for a rating above a 3. No leeway for employees to advocate for themselves regarding salary or title bumps. Upper management preaches their love of feedback, yet when it’s given, they hold meetings to tell employees why they shouldn’t feel that way rather than ingesting the feedback and making any meaningful change. Very much a culture of one team’s lack of planning being offloaded as an emergency on another team’s part.

            Nice discount for subscription, decent benefits and PTO

            Cons

            Distribution centers are not run locally. In theory they are, but the VP of Distribution has ultimate control and leaves a wake of destruction in their path. So many managers have left in the past 2 years, many have left after only a few weeks including regional director, 2 Directors in PHX, and 4 ADs.

                1. Hybrid Work- Flexible days in the office other than specific team days. 2. Office Location for those living in NYC Boros-plenty options to commute. 3. Pay within the national average. 4. Autonomy to work on projects specific to your area of work. 5. Generous Learning Stipend 6. Always food/grocery freebies in the office 7. Great Employee Discount on Food. You will save a ton on groceries 8. Opportunities for growth in different departments and teams

                Cons

                1. Not uber friendly- If you don't know the colleague or work with them personally, you will not be acknowledged in the hallways or in the kitchen. 2. Performance calibrations are not standardized- Absence of a performance calibration policy. 3. You may not always be acknowledged for the extra effort or work you produce. 4. Some teams are not as celebrated or recognized as others. 5. Your absence on the required days in the office will negatively impact your performance review.

                      The pay is decent & you a 75% discount on their meals.

                      There a lot of cons and red flags that should have this place legally shut down. Working long hours some managers they have are very inexperienced to operations, there’s lots of favoritism, no room for growth or opportunities HR is never present the place is ran by temp agencies and all they do is just stand around not doing anything. Break room is always filthy and bathrooms are disgusting. Even when you try to use the restroom you have 7 to 10 ppl just standing around in the restroom some of the ppl they have working there look like teenagers. No structure they let the contract workers do whatever they want like kiss each other on the work place floor just so unprofessional!!!. They order too much product for such a small warehouse. & when there is no work instead of sending ppl home they send to a small break room and some sit and crowd hallway floors which is considered a safety hazard. This place is the most terrible unorganized workplace I’ve ever experienced in my years of working!!! Factor employees get treated like crap.

                      Always remember these when interviewing (based on my experience): - You will not be working with the recruiter you talk to - Large companies = chances are good of you not working directly with the mgr/sup who interviews you. - Small companies = chances are you will work closely with the mgr/sup who interviews you. But, chances are good the team you work with is not on this call - In both situations - ask to meet you direct team, if you can, to get a feel for how things are
