I have been working at HelloFresh full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You become a family with your team.
Fun events you get to work.
    Great networking opportunities.
    Very flexible.

    Cons

This may not apply to all offices but it has in my office. If you are not making the quota one week you will not have any good events with a lot of foot traffic or an event with many other vendors.
Lack of communication from upper management to the team. They have changed the commission structure twice with no warning ahead of time for the brand ambassadors can get use to the change.
Not enough training from/for sales trainers.
    Long commutes.

I have been working at HelloFresh full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexible schedule with non monotonous work days. Every day is so different, plus there are really fun events you get to go too. There's plenty of opportunities to move up in the company as well. It's the best job I've ever had for sure, and the compensation and employee discount is phenomenal. The manager at this location is so supportive and positive too, which makes you feel more appreciated.

    Cons

Minimum of 7 sales a week to get any commission is kind of a bummer and disheartening if you have events cancel or low turnout, but there's no cap so I guess that's supposed to even itself out. That was corporate's move though, not this office's.

    Advice to Management

No advice from me, they're already doing just fine!

I have been working at HelloFresh full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Only 40-45 hrs a week
    Good pay
    Great bonus
    1 month vacation time
Very generous to give time off in emergency situations
Good mix of coworkers that you can actually hangout with

    Cons

Usual growing pains a start up goes through but nothing horrific
High turnover in upper management due to not hiring the right candidates

    Advice to Management

Great company and love working for HF. Only feedback I can give and believe me this will be very valuable to the success of this company. From what I understand not all DC have the same issues but this is evident where I work.
Such a shame that a company like HF pays management really well but they need to put more emphasis on hiring the right fitting candidates. Very high turnover in management because of this reason. The management that comes through don’t really have the common sense to learn and observe the flow of goods from receiving to shipping. Doing this you can learn the processes and not only learn the processes but also see where the bottlenecks are. If you fix the bottlenecks you can see efficiencies improving. In addition upper management needs to be able to train their management team on how to develop their teams. Having a strong team is the key to creating a successful DC. Sadly a lot of management that come through the door does not have these basic skills. Maybe it’s wise to add a college education in business administration to the set of requirements when hiring candidates. That way they already well versed in management 101.
