Pros
You can learn a lot of things by researching if you are comfortable working independently. No pressure, you can get tasks done at your own pace but have to be self reliant. Company organize's outing once in a while. IT team can have WFH.
Cons
No experience developers to guide so need to find solutions by your own self for any blockers.
