Pros
Lots of paid holidays and time off simply because the company has nothing remotely progressive to do.
Cons
The CEO is a thief. His business strategy is to draw pay checks and sit at home and ot work on milestones that he promised he would achieve while raising money. He cannot even return a phone call so to speak.
