It is a stable job.
Cons
No career advancement. You can’t get promoted to anything. I’ve been expected and trained to do my job and other’s jobs without being paid for it or receiving the support I need. I was low balled with the pay despite my experience. Management makes it hard for me to use PTO while everyone else uses it freely. There is a lack of diversity acceptance. Many micro aggressions. HR does not help. Working with mostly older people means you will have to do their jobs too.
