It's okay-not very data forwarded when decisions are made though

Pros

-The product is fun and great -People are very nice, depending on the team -Good culture -Great benefits for employees

Cons

-Not DATA forward as they claim to be in decisions being made (red flag) -Average/below market salary and no bonuses (if you are not management, senior level) -Not much diversity (decision-makers, upper management level) -Onboarding was not good at all

Pros

Flexible work schedule Good benefit. The staff apart from management seems kind.

Cons

The company was very disorganized when I got a job in operations. I received little to no training. My trainer took off on vacation for 2 weeks leaving me by myself without adequate training. They completely ignored my requests to increase my workload. I was practically begging for more work because they refused to give me work and train me. They never gave me feedback on my progress. No reviews. Kept giving me menial tasks just so they would not have to do them. They let me go 2 months in because they claimed that they needed someone more "senior" to do the position. If you ask me it was because they did not want to waste time training. I should have acted on the first red flag I noticed which was during the interview process. The person interviewing me, who later turned out to be my "trainer" advised me that they were not used to interviewing people for IT Support only Chefs.... There was equipment sent for repair under my name and they told me they would call to get that changed. They did not. The repair shop called me like 3 times to pick up the equipment. I had to tell the repair shop to stop calling me. They never answered my e-mail concerning the repair shop calling me. Who knows what happened to the equipment. So...stay away.

Cons

Company is very anti non-French people. A disgusting prejudice is shown to non-French people. Provided equipment is old, underpowered and outdated. Assignments are vague and software developments methods are decades behind.
