- You get to eat one meal a day for free which is a huge perk considering most cafes I worked at you had to pay a 50% discount.
- My fellow counter workers are very diligent so I do feel as though I can trust them to get things done when I tell them to.
- The customer base is pretty nice and generally on the middle-age to older side.
Cons
- They take a very very long time to fix some quite important infrastructure issues.
- Occasionally when the highest level manager is in a bad mood it's hard to communicate with him.
- It can be hard to retain new people after they train.
