      Pros

      Coming from a corporate job, this work pays less than what I used to earn, but the culture and the management is much better. I love it here, my director is very nice and super supportive. The shift follows Pacific Time with weekends off. I'm hoping I can stay here for a very long time.

      Very supportive management team, always pushing us to do our best and providing good support when needed, I find the team approachable and friendly to work with, a great place to be with a warm and welcoming environment.
