• The fast pace can be really overwhelming. If you don't learn to disconnect and take time for yourself, you can burn out quickly.
• Information can be tough to find. Since we have so much going on at all times, it's impossible to stay on top of every single change. Instead, you must build your research skills to find documentation. This often leads to teammates asking the same questions over and over if we can't find the latest documentation.
• It's hard to move up. Since we're all fully remote and across different time zones, it's hard to stand out. Unless you're entrusted with a major project where impact is inevitable, standing out in your day-to-day is very difficult. You really have to go out of your way if you're looking to get promoted, which often means working after hours.
