You feel part of a team even though we're all remote. Everyone meshes together well, which is a testament to how we hire. • Our customers are fans! We host a bi-weekly Townhall where we present new features, and the attendance steadily grows month after month. It's incredible to see live feedback from our users and how much they love our product and team. • We are always improving our product... fast. I've never worked with a more capable team. We move very fast, not only launching new features but also fixing any bugs that come up. This pace has compounded to create a product that is industry-leading, and we all feel like we're making our customers' lives better because of it. • Transparency is top-notch. Everyone is encouraged to voice their opinions on all topics. There's really nothing out of reach from top to bottom.
