We are 100% remote! Work-life balance is real here. Company pays for the healthcare benefits for me and my family. The salary is good. The company is only around 65 people, so individual impact is felt. The company is making a difference in people's lives and has great products. Everyone at the company is cool to work with. The CEO really cares about his people and the company.

Cons

The company is smaller than it used to be, so the teams are smaller. No 401k contribution, but they contribute to HSA. Being fully remote 100% of the time isn't for everyone.
