Pros
Amazing group of people all working together for a common goal, to create great employment experiences internally and for all of those who we help gain employment. Excellent benefits and culture, always exciting events happening around the office. We have a yearly goal to raise a certain dollar figure for charities along with giving a certain number of hours of our time.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind and this is the reason I am in my 18th year with the organization.
