      Its better than doing uber.

      You have to answer late night calls for the CEO that needs champagne or any other personal requirements.

      Pros

      A team consisting of experts and industry veterans. Remote job opportunity. Interesting field to add to resume.

      Cons

      No contracts, no bonuses, overworking and underpaying. Most of the departments are just one-man-army. The CEO is a control-freak with poor people skills. He reach out to you in weekends, late at night, and in vacation days. The deadlines are usually 3-5 hours and he expects constant updates. No structure. Feedback comes from the CEO. You never know what you are expecting and what you have to do.
