      Pros

      - New leadership structure has smoothed out operations - All full-time staff get an annual scholarship for professional development - Personal time outside work hours is highly respected. - Studio leaders genuinely care about junior staff's professional growth. - Colleagues are fun to travel with. - Really good everyday work culture—open and lots of humor, but also places to focus or be alone. - Every project has a different team and work dynamic, so there's variety.

      Cons

      - No work from home, which is pretty standard today. - PTO policy is generous but many competitors have an open PTO policy (take what you need). - Junior staff might get on a great long-term project right away, but there's a lot of moving around from project to project. - Habit of overpromising on projects but without staffing appropriately. - Leaders will take any work from big brands, but see limited value in social enterprise. - "Values" aren't really a thing except in pitches.

      Pros

      A-list clients, exposure to a broad variety of industries. It's a good place to pad your resume.

      Cons

      Low pay + Long hours + High pressure = A revolving door of talent. Also, the leadership was really poor when I was there - There are 1 or 2 very toxic individuals that hold the ear of the mercurial wife/husband owners.

      Pros

      The people who work at IA are absolutely amazing. HR does a great job bringing in employees who are smart, enthusiastic, and genuine. I look forward to going into work everyday just to see my coworkers, they are truly some of my best friends.

      Cons

      Management can be overly controlling and nit-picky on minute details which get in the way of having a relaxed and productive culture. More often than not, it feels like employees have to walk on egg shells to avoid saying or doing the 'wrong thing' around upper management.
