Nice sized company with exciting projects to work on. Flexible work schedule and I was allowed to work from home.
Cons
I was frequently overwhelmed by the tasks assigned and at times requested an assistant to handle my workload. I also had a hard time understanding internal process. Internal communication can be confusing coming from ownership.
