      The Positive Reviews Must Be A Joke

      Pros

      Not many. Almost limitless expense account for customer entertainment, but they nickel and dime on other things. The pay plan is lucrative, but lots of pressure to close deals. Think EMC, but worse. Pay is good, benefits average or below average.

      Cons

      Small company, trying to transition from selling hardware to Cloud and Services. All sizzle, no steak, if you know what I mean. Some top consulting talent, but stretched extremely thin. Sales people range from excellent to horrible. They have trouble retaining people, which is concerning.

      Pros

      Lot's of education on sales and the services.

      Cons

      Frat boy environment. Think of "Wolf of Wall Street" without any of the fun. Seemed unethical, unbalanced. Judging by LinkedIn, 90 percent of the staff has been replaced or left within 16 months of my departure.

      Pros

      Nationally Recognized speaker on focus and execution then an Admiral who was responsible for the notorious Seal team 6 for the past 6 years and finally Brian Kelly the Notre Dame Football coach. These were our guest speakers for our 2016 kick off. In addition, we had 32 vendors which supported the kick off. Talented people in all areas. Our CTO is the best. Management is second to none. Truly A players in all areas. Everyone in the company believes in a team mantra. The word teammates is a very popular term throughout the organization

      Cons

      There are only positives and a lot of them.
