Pros

There are some real nice coworkers. The office is located in a nice area. They do weekly lunches.

Cons

The product is absolute garbage, which makes the job a lot more difficult. While some managers are helpful, upper management is absolutely useless, and will cause more harm than good. Perhaps worst of all, there is no room for upward movement in the company. If you’re hired in support, you are stuck there until you leave. Between these two problems, it has created a stressful environment.
