IEA (TX) reviews

The management team gossiped so much and talked about personal problems that were inappropriate. It was clear that co workers were so unhappy with the way management was but didn’t wanna leave due to convince. Working on weekends was almost mandatory. I’m not suprised overturn had been so high and should’ve seen that as a red flag when hired. It seems like a great opportunity but stay far away. I have never worked for a company that had such childish people in charge. Manager had less than 6 months experience
