      Pros

      They work on constant employee growth and have a great employee recognition process. Everyone is on same floor, so communication is quite smooth and transparent. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Hybrid work culture

      Everyone here is super approachable Management focuses a lot on individual growth of the Employees Employee Engagement is also Great which is good since it's a permanent WFH You'll get to work on various different Projects which is fun and challenging

      It is not a data science development profile, you'll have to work on creating educational content for DS courses the company offers.
